Christine Link, A.D.I.D., ARIDO, IDC, NCIDQ

PRINCIPAL, SENIOR DESIGNER

Christine Link is the principal of Design Link International Inc. and has been practicing Interior Design since graduating from Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology in 1995. She has been a member of the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO) since 1996. Christine is also a leader among her peers, as past President of ARIDO for the Southern Ontario Chapter.

Christine established Design Link International Inc. in 1998. Her unique combination of dedication, organizational and creative skills as well as a sound business sense has assisted in the successful completion of each project. She has dedicated herself to designs that reflect every client’s unique vision and brand of hospitality. Ultimately, it is her attention to detail, constant focus, and progressive and innovative approach to design that allows Design Link International Inc. to create interior design spaces that not only meet but also exceed client expectations.

Over the past decade, her focus on hospitality and hotel projects has resulted in award recognition within the industry as well as a solid base of loyal clientele. Christine continues to seek out new innovative products and inspiration through her travels; thus, illustrating her new ideas to future interior design projects.

Justine Francis, B.I.D.

INTERIOR DESIGN ASSOCIATE

Justine holds a Bachelor’s of Interior Design degree from Kwantlen University. Currently, Justine is a registered intern with Interior Designers of Canada, and the Interior Designers Institute of British Columbia. Justine has been awarded in the interior design industry with recognition in sustainable design.

Justine joined Design Link upon graduation from the Bachelor’s of Interior Design program in 2013. She provides a hands-on approach to allow imaginative design to co-exist with real world challenges. Justine’s experience with sales and marketing, ambitious attitude, and passion for interior design, have allowed her to deliver innovation and efficiency to every project she encounters.

Mahrukh Anwar Mirza, B.Arch

INTERIOR DESIGN ASSOCIATE

Mahrukh holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Punjab University, Pakistan. She started her career in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as a Junior Interior Designer where she worked for 4 years on various hospitality and commercial projects.

Mahrukh joined the Design Link Team in October 2016. Her experience allows her to overcome the challenges of interior design form concept development to the building stage. Her passion for interior design has eclisped her education as an architect. She is a natural team leader and responds greatly to the client’s needs. She has a revolutionary approach to interior design and has proved her work though her skills and dedication, as she continuous to grow as a integral part of the team.

Sandy Thomas Grace, B.Arch

INTERIOR DESIGN ASSOCIATE

Sandy holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Anna University, India. She started her career in UAE as an Architect/ Interior designer. She worked on various projects ranging from corporate, to commercial, exhibitions and residential. Her knowledge of interior design and material resolution as well as her ability to utilize various aspects of architecture, has given her the opportunity to be a part of a growing international firm.

Sandy is the most recent addition to the Design Link team. Her creative abilities makes her a great addition to the team. She is a dynamic and ambitious architect who possesses the design and development flair needed to plan, coordinate and involve in all phases of an interior design project. She has outstanding communication skills and client liaison ability which allows her to effectively deal with the administrative part of interior design.

SHAUN STEENKIST

ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATION

Shaun joined the team in June 2015 after graduating from Mohawk College with honors. His deliberative and analytical personality gives him excellent attention to detail that ensures the accuracy of documents and records. He has proven himself to be a valuable addition to the team through being consistent and responsible.

In addition to his Accounting Diploma he is currently gaining experience in his field and is considering furthering his education by pursuing a CPA designation.
